Lights, camera, Action!

After a gigantic cold and not yet completely recovered, I come here to share my new year's resolutions.
It has been decided, between myself and the gods, that 2015 will be the Action Year.

Pause, reflection and planning are extremely important elements, but alone they are worth nothing.
A good idea by itself is nothing more than that: an idea, an intention, something immaterial with little effect on the world.

The potential to change the world via a good idea comes when we are able to gather the circumstances that will allow us to implement that idea, to take action on it.

Dear fundamentalists, naturally this does not mean that, from now on, we can just run around, firing in every direction possible, because after all stopping & thinking is worthless and what's good is to act.

No. The right thing is to do both: act, yes, always, but with intent, deliberately, having a previous plan so that the action will bring good results.

2015 will be the year to start walking the walk and living the talk.
It will also be the year to stop waiting for the perfect conditions to acti (newsflash: they'll never come).

It will be the year to stop excuses and procrastinations.
It will be the year to stretch the comfort zone, being aware that this action in itself is uncomfortable, it will not feel good. But knowing and believing that it will be worth it. No doubt.

Happy New Year!
